- 30 Minute Video and Phone Interview conducted by a Registered Nurse with 13+ years of experience
- Reference and Document Check
- Comprehensive Background Check
- State / Federal Criminal History Search
- National Sex Offender Registry Clearance Required
- DMV (Driver Motor Vehicle Clearance)
- 5 panel Drug Test
- Social Security Verification
- CPR certified
- First Aid Certified
- Basic Nanny Skills Assessment Completed
- Agency retains complete nanny profile, documentation, and photographing on file
